AFA Marketing

• Account & business information — name, email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), phone, company name, and business profile details you provide.
• Ad creative & campaign data — the images, video, and copy you upload or generate, plus campaign settings, screen/venue selections, schedules, and budgets.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we keep a Stripe customer reference and billing records (plan, amounts, invoices).
• Connected-platform data — if you connect Meta (Facebook/Instagram), we store access tokens and Page/account links needed to run your ads. You can disconnect at any time (see Section 6).
• Usage, device & log data — pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, IP address, browser/device info, and error diagnostics, collected to operate and secure the Service.
• Campaign performance — play counts and delivery metrics from our screens and connected platforms, used to report on your campaigns.

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service and run your campaigns;
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle partner/host payouts;
• Review and moderate ad creative for policy and legal compliance;
• Generate or adapt creative with AI tools when you choose to use them;
• Measure and report campaign performance;
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and (with your consent where required) marketing; and
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues, and comply with legal obligations.

When you use AI generation or adaptation features, your prompts and the creative involved are sent to our AI providers (see Section 4) to produce the requested output. We do not sell your creative, and we instruct providers to process it only to deliver the feature.

We share data with vendors that process it on our behalf to run the Service. Each is bound to use it only for the services they provide to us:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and first-party analytics.
• Stripe — payment processing and billing.
• Meta Platforms — delivery and management of Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns you create.
• OptiSigns — management and playback of creative on our digital screens.
• Google (Gemini) and OpenAI — optional AI generation and adaptation of ad creative.
• Mailchimp — transactional and marketing email.
• Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.

We may also share information with screen hosts/partners as needed to deliver and reconcile campaigns, with professional advisors, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may disclose information to comply with the law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in, keep your session, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies in your browser, but disabling necessary cookies may break parts of the Service.

• Access & update — you can view and update most account and business information from your account settings.
• Disconnect platforms — you can disconnect Meta at any time, which deletes the stored access token and Page link. See our data deletion instructions.
• Deletion — you can request deletion of your data by emailing us. Some records (e.g., billing and tax) are retained as required by law.
• Marketing email — you can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time; we may still send essential account messages.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, deletion, or portability). To exercise them, contact us using Section 9.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including accounting and tax), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
